What is "I.T" ?

When you are a graduating student in high school, the very hard decision is to choose a course that you will taking up in college. It is very cofusing because nowadays, there are alot of courses that you can choose on. Because they are so many, it is hard for you to decide.

Now, I'm a second year college student. I'm taking up Bachelor of Science in Information technology. Some people are curious about it so I have a brief definition of "I.T".

"I.T" stands for "Information Technology," and is pronounced "I.T." It refers to anything related to computing technology, such as networking, hardware, software, the Internet, or the people that work with these technologies. Many companies now have IT departments for managing the computers, networks, and other technical areas of their businesses. IT jobs include computer programming, network administration, computer engineering, Web development, technical support, and many other related occupations. Since we live in the "information age," information technology has become a part of our everyday lives. That means the term "IT," already highly overused, is here to stay.

My only advice to those high school student is to choose wise on what course she /he want to take up and choose properly!
